Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is an error in printing or a defect in the product.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Process
To initiate a refund, please email us at vprint0014@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect product.
Upon review and approval, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Conditions
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for items that are used, washed, or altered.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Replacements
If you prefer, we can replace defective or incorrect items instead of issuing a refund. Please let us know your preference when contacting support.
